Conveyor chain sprockets whether large or small are first profile cut on the latest technology laser cutting equipment prior to final machining and finishing.

Roller chain sprockets and platewheels are normally supplied from stock with our standard pilot bore. FB Engineering are able to rework any sprocket or platewheel to suit customers' specific requirements. These include reboring, keywaying and drilling and tapping for set screws. Plain bearings, precision roller bearings and needle bearings are routinely fitted as required.
